Cheffy is solo-built. When you email, you reach me directly — I'll respond personally, usually within 48 hours.

Before you email

A lot of the common questions are answered in the FAQ on the homepage — how to cancel, whether it works offline, privacy, family sharing, and AI recipe accuracy. If your question isn't there, read on.

Get help

In the app (recommended): Settings → Contact Support. Your email opens pre-filled with the version, platform, and user ID so I can help you faster.

By email: hello@cheffyapp.recipes. Include as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what went wrong, a screenshot if it's visual. If you know your user ID (Settings → scroll down in the app), that helps too.

Via a form: if you prefer structured submissions, use this support request form.

Response times

Most emails get a reply within 48 hours, often much sooner. If it's been 3+ business days without a response, please resend — sometimes replies get filtered. I'd rather hear from you twice than miss your message entirely.

Feature requests

Genuinely love feature requests — they're the clearest signal I get on what to build next. Cheffy is solo-built, so I prioritize ruthlessly based on how many people ask for something. The more context you share about how you'd use the feature, the higher it moves on my list.

Bug reports

The more specific, the better:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • What you expected to happen
  • Steps to reproduce (if you can)
  • A screenshot or screen recording
  • Your device (iPhone/Android model, iOS/Android version)
  • The app version (Settings → Contact Support auto-includes this)
